- Part must be in the same condition as delivered
- No tampering, no disassembly, no modifications
Non-Returnable Items
- Electrical parts (ECUs, sensors, modules)
- Items installed incorrectly
- Items damaged due to misuse or installation errors
Replacement
If a part is defective or incompatible due to our mistake, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Return Shipping Costs
- If it’s our error → We cover return shipping
- If customer ordered wrong part → Customer covers return shipping
